Policy on Returns and Exchanges
They made an exchange policy because they understand that sometimes you buy something and it doesn’t turn out the way you expected it to.
Sales at a Reduced Price
Any goods purchased at a discount price is exempt from their return and exchange policy (s). It is not possible to return or exchange a discount item once it has been purchased. Purchases made during the campaign time are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to any of our locations within 30 days of the purchase date with your receipt or invoice for online orders and they will gladly swap the merchandise. Important: The new product’s value should be at least equal to or greater than the old one. You must pay the difference in price if you’re exchanging for a higher-priced item.
A credit note for future online purchases can be obtained by sending the items to our e-commerce warehouse.
For orders that are transported outside Bangladesh.
There is currently a three-month limit on exchanges for orders returned to any of their Bangladesh shops. A friend, family member, or a subsequent travel to Bangladesh is required to bring back exchanges. You will be able to return the product for a different one of equal or greater value after you receive it.
Please be aware that you will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping.
Your online order may arrive in a way you weren’t expecting, but they do our best to get it to you quickly and accurately. They take care of any disputes or discrepancies you may have about your order.

Products that have significant flaws in their quality.
Damaged goods during shipping
No product, size or color is the right fit.
Product damaged during transport

The proper goods will be reshipped (depending on availability) or a credit note will be issued to you in the case of successful returns.
