After clicking on an item you’re interested in, you can make an order to buy it from the Site by following the on-screen directions. After clicking the “Place Order” button on the “Checkout” page, you will be able to review and correct any problems in your order before submitting it. After this point, you are out of luck if you want to change or amend your order.
Your order will be acknowledged and a summary of your purchase will be sent to you via email after it has been placed. It is important to note that this does not imply that your order has been accepted. Ordering a Product constitutes an offer to us. Our approval of all orders is conditional upon sending you an email confirming the shipment of the ordered product (Dispatch Confirmation). If you purchase a product from us, we shall enter into an agreement with you only after sending you the Dispatch Confirmation for the item in question. A separate contract is formed for each Product if you order multiple items from us and they are all being delivered at various times or by a third-party source.
If the product (or the special offer(s) associated with the product) isn’t available, they have the option to cancel the transaction. If this is the case, you will be notified and any money you have paid will be returned to you. It is possible that your refund will be credited back to your debit card or credit card, depending on how long it takes for your financial institution to process the refund.

If you find any defects or damages, you must inspect the Products as soon as they are delivered. Within 14 days of delivery, contact their customer care at Contact Us to file a claim. They will reject your claim if you don’t comply. You’ll need to show proof of purchase, such as a valid receipt, as well as any defects or damage.
The money you paid may be put toward the purchase of an alternative item if they confirm that you are qualified for an exchange but the product to be swapped is sold out (s). However, if they so want, they can return the money you paid.
To receive a refund on a product that was purchased and sent, you must return it within 30 days of receiving it and provide proof of purchase (if any). It is possible that the method of return will be determined by how you originally paid and how long it takes your financial institution to execute your request (usually around 4-6 weeks).
