You can cancel your order after your payment has been made provided the order has not been packed by your seller. If you processed the payment via a voucher you can still use the voucher if it has not expired for another order. WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE THE PAYMENT AFTER CANCELLATION?
In the case of payment via a debit card or a credit card, the amount shall be refunded to you within one to two billing cycles, note one month counts as one billing cycle. This is subject to change from bank to bank depending on their policies.

If it doesn’t show ‘cancelled’ within 60 minutes it means it has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled.
